Pop'n Twinbee (Pop'nツインビー^?) is a top-view shoot-'em-up game originally released in 1993 by Konami for the Super Famicom/Super Nintendo Entertainment System in Japan and Europe. It is the sixth game in the TwinBee and a direct follow-up to the arcade game Detana!! TwinBee (Bells & Whistles). The European version was published by Konami's Palcom Software division and was the first of three TwinBee games localized for the European market, followed by a Game Boy version of Pop'n TwinBee (which was actually an earlier game titled TwinBee Da!! in Japan) and the side-scrolling platform game Pop'n TwinBee: Rainbow Bell Adventures.

Dr. Franken was a video game released for Game Boy and Super NES by Elite Systems. It was titled The Adventures of Dr. Franken for the SNES in the United States. The game features Franky, a Frankenstein's monster on a mission to collect the scattered body parts of his girlfriend.[1]

Prototype NES and Sega Game Gear[2] versions were developed around the same time, but never officially released. A sequel, Dr. Franken II, was released on the Game Boy in 1997.

Undercover Cops (アンダーカバーコップス?) is an arcade-style beat 'em up video game by Irem. It is Irem's first attempt in the modern beat 'em up genre that was founded by Capcom's Final Fight. Players control "city sweepers", a police agent-like group who fight crime by taking down thugs in New York City of the year 2043.

A few years later after its release, a lot of the team (artists, programmers, composers, designers, etc.) who made the game went on to form Nazca, who created the Metal Slug game series. The team have also worked on the Hammerin' Harry series, Superior Soldiers, In the Hunt and GunForce 2. In Japan, the game inspired a little-known series of underground comics due its brief popularity.

Langrisser II is the sequel to Warsong, and was never released outside Japan. Langrisser II was also remade on the Super Famicom (SNES) by Masaya as Der Langrisser, which featured multiple paths through the game, greatly reduced difficulty, and reworked graphics. A PC-FX port of the SNES version, Der Langrisser FX, was also released, featuring animated cut-scenes. It was later compiled with the first Langrisser for the PlayStation as Langrisser I&II, and then given a script edit and new branch of the Imperial path in its final Saturn remake as Langrisser: Dramatic Edition.[1] A Windows 98 release of the game was released in Japanese, Chinese and Korean; it features redrawn, high-resolution graphics, but a vastly trimmed-down soundtrack to fit the confines of a standard length CD.

Wile E. Coyote's Revenge was supposed to be the sequel to Road Runner's Death Valley Rally, until Software Creations realized that their Acme® SNES Development Kit wasn't as reliable as they hoped.

Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon Super S: Fuwa Fuwa Panic is a Puzzle game, developed by Tom Create and published by Bandai, which was released in Japan in 1995.

Super Beach Volley is a Sports game, published by Virgin Interactive, which was released in Japan in 1995.

Tintin in Tibet is a video game based on Tintin in Tibet from the series The Adventures of Tintin, the comics series by Belgian cartoonist Hergé. Was one of a series of two games released, the other being Prisoners of the Sun. It was released for PC (MS-DOS and Windows 95), Super NES, Game Boy, Game Boy Color and the Sega Mega Drive by the late 1995.

Tamagotchi Town (たまごっちタウン) is a strategy game, developed by Marigul and published by Bandai in 1999. It was released on the Super Nintendo only in Japan. The goal of the game is to create a large Tamagotchi society on a given piece of land containing different landscapes.

The game features a unique way of raising Tamagotchis through interactivity with their environment. All the Tamagotchi characters that appear in-game are from the classic 1996-1998 Tamagotchi Toys, as well as several new characters unique to the game.

Cho Aniki (超兄貴 Chō Aniki^?, lit. "Super Big Brother") is a Japanese video game series originally developed by Masaya and published by NCS Corp. The first game debuted in 1992 for the PC Engine system. The game's sequels and spin-offs later appeared on the Super Famicom, Wonderswan, Sega Saturn, PlayStation, and PlayStation 2. Mainly consisting of side-scrolling shoot 'em up in the vein of Gradius, the Cho Aniki series is best known for its homoerotic overtones, wacky humor and vivid, surreal imagery. Most of the games have never seen release outside Japan.

For various reasons, the popularity of the Cho Aniki games has endured since the series' debut. Highlights of the various games include in-game music, innovative control schemes or sheer kitsch value. In Japan, these games are examples of baka-ge, a type of kuso-ge. "Baka-ge" literally means "idiot game" while "kuso-ge" literally means "shitty game" or "shit game". Baka-ge's appeal lies in its campness. Indisputably, the game's aesthetic sense — semi-nude muscular men in suggestive homoerotic poses — is a unique one, certainly a quality that has given the series a cult popularity among Western gamers. Though the graphics are more risqué than pornographic, the series references homosexuality and gay sex more directly and more often than perhaps any other video game series in history.

Occasionally, the title is transliterated as "Choaniki", "Chou Aniki", or (erroneously) "Cho Eniki".

SimTown is a 1995 video game published by Maxis, much like the best selling SimCity but on a smaller scale. SimTown allows the player to construct a town consisting of streets, houses, businesses and parks and then control the people in it. SimTown was one of the many 'Sim' spin-offs at the time, and was targeted more towards children.

The Super Famicom/Super Nintendo Entertainment System version of SimTown is called SimCity Jr. (シムシティJr.^?). It was published by Imagineer.

Ganbare Goemon (がんばれゴエモン?, lit. "Go for it, Goemon!"), known as Goemon or Mystical Ninja in North America and the PAL region, is a long-running video game series produced by Konami. Ebisu Etsunobu is the joint producer of this franchise.

These games revolve around the main character, Goemon, and his exploits. As the name suggests, his character is loosely based on Ishikawa Goemon, the noble thief of Japanese folklore. While the early games of this title emphasized Goemon as a noble thief, he eventually becomes more of a standard video game hero character. His trademarks are his blue bushy hair and weapon of choice, the kiseru. The games are set in a cartoon-like, mystical Feudal Japan. Within this world, every bit of folklore and legend about Japan is true. Although the series has its roots in action adventure, the Ganbare Goemon series has features from genres including RPG, puzzle games, and board games. Ganbare Goemon has proven to be widely popular in Japan with its many video games, with its success spawning a wide series of merchandise and an anime and manga series.

Only five of its games have been released overseas: The Legend of the Mystical Ninja for the Super Nintendo, Mystical Ninja Starring Goemon and Goemon's Great Adventure for the Nintendo 64 and two titles for the Game Boy.

The last original game of the series was Ganbare Goemon: Tōkai Dōchū Ōedo Tengu ri Kaeshi no Maki, released exclusively in Japan for the Nintendo DS in 2005. Since then, the series has been used primarily as themes for Konami's pachislot machines. The future of the series is uncertain.

Emit (エミット Emitto) is an adventure sound novel video game released for the FM Towns, Macintosh, Windows, PC-9801, Sega Saturn, Super Famicom, 3DO, and PlayStation developed and published by Koei. It was designed to teach Japanese students more about English, and played the audio CD back at particular times using a peripheral called Voice-Kun, an IR emitter that could command the CD to change tracks and play them.

The game was originally released in 1994 and divided into 3 volumes: Lost in Time (時の迷子 Toki no maigo), Desperate Journey (命がけの旅 Inochigake no tabi) and Farewell to Me (私にさよならを Watashi ni sayonara o). The plot is about a girl that can travel through time by walking in a mysterious tunnel.

Boxing Legends of the Ring (known in Japan as ファイナルノックアウト (Final Knockout^?)) is a boxing video game for the Mega Drive/Genesis and Super NES consoles. The boxers are represented by 2D sprites seen from over the shoulder of one of the fighters. The title of the game refers to the famous boxing magazine, The Ring, which the game is licensed to associate itself with. The following famous middleweight boxers are represented in the game: Sugar Ray Leonard, Roberto Durán, Thomas Hearns, James Toney, Marvin Hagler, Jake LaMotta, Sugar Ray Robinson, and Rocky Graziano.

All of the fights in the game take place in the Las Vegas Hilton casino in the North American version. There are also advertising banners for HBO visible during fights that are not available in the Japanese version. In the Japanese version, the game takes place in a generic boxing ring using the publisher's name in place of the HBO advertisements found in the North American version. Even in the Japanese version, the options are mostly in English.

A special version was released in Mexico and the American Southwest called Chavez II; the game exchanged the English language words for Spanish and omitted some vocals.

Parodius! From Myth to Laughter (パロディウスだ! －神話からお笑いへ－ Parodiusu Da! Shinwa kara Owarai e^?, lit. "It's Parodius! From Myth to Laughter"), released outside of Japan as Parodius, is a shoot'em up arcade game and is the second title in the Parodius series produced by Konami. The European SNES version is also known as Parodius: Non-Sense Fantasy. The gameplay is stylistically very similar to the Gradius series, but the graphics and music are intentionally absurd.

This game is often mistaken as the original game of the series. The lesser known original game, Parodius: The Octopus Saves the Earth, was released for the MSX computer in Japan.

GunForce: Battle Fire Engulfed Terror Island (ガンフォース Ganfosu?),[2] or simply titled as GunForce, is a side-scrolling action shooting game produced by Irem for the arcades in 1991. The game was later ported by Bits Studios and published by Irem to the Super Famicom exclusively in Japan in 1992.

Outside of Japan, it later received a sequel titled GunForce II, originally known in Japan as Geo Storm.
